All that cock talk, generally, those who talk about it most... got the least.
As far as the Scout missle spamming, to me it's either cut the fire rate down by about 50% or limit it to 250 missles.
As far as the Missle Turret, in our mod it's totally useless. I have never seen it shoot a scout down since the mod.
Thank god the Neuro Bashers do 'some' damage.
And I agree, the altered scouts add a new level of skill. The scout shooting the rockets can easially be shot down by the scout shooting the plasma.
And, getting a nice head shot with a Rail Gun on a scout spammer does the trick, as well as putting a OS up his ass.
If they are scout spamming your base entry, lay a Nuke out the door too or...
Go Necro, appear across the map behind them and death ray em...
