looking for some tips for photoshop. i would like to modify the weapons and/or the trails and such. any general tips such as making it transparent, or basic tips? thanks. I'm on CS5.

ok... 1.40 doesn't support transparency so you'll have to add it yourself. Use the eraser tool and at the top bar you'll "opacity" set it to anything below 50% and start erasing in one fluid motion. or click on the right window where you see layer click on blending options and add the transparency levels.
