 Since, PNG files are so easy to edit, why don't all of us Oz members take the liberty of putting a name on the back of our armor?
I fooled around with it this morning, its nothing fancy but i think it'd be a badass idea.
If anyone else is up for it, i'll upload my personal skin so you can see it in game.

Re: Since, is there a way to do that so if they don't have the personalized skin they see the OZ team skin? i.e. if they don't have OZErowid they just see the gray default skin right? How will they know to run and hide if they can't see the black thunder commin?

Re: Since, I've been working on them for some time...be patient there are lots of us. They'd be 1.4 only I think since I don't know the texture system of 1.11 and down. Edit after ero sniped me: If they download it and try to wear your skin, think of it as somebody wearing football jersey of their favorite player  Edit 2: Thank you to all that have names that can be easily shortened or are already short  EDIT 3: If you want minor decals/details/customizations I need to know now.

Re: Since, I'm pretty much just slapping on formatted names on top of the current skins. You don't want to see the product of me completely reskinning! That 256x256 UV map is such a hindrance.

Re: Since, Uhg. UV mapping sucks in game. Have to tweak some peeps. If you have a long name, I suggest quitting OZ and Tribes and fucking yourself up the ass with a rake pole.
Salty.
Hard to test these. Single player doesn't have custom skins, neither do half the servers, and anni BR takes about 30 minutes to load for me each time. Sigh. Also, camera deployable doesn't work so I can't see the front.. ..
