well this is true if you're talking about standing targets (non dodging targets), but I was talking about targets with = skill who know how to move left, right, up, down, and use energy pack boost to dodge shots.

If you know how long it takes in between shots, and giving the target/shooter is spaming the fire button like normal, then you can time your dodges right.
