Most of the veterans in this game (and firelord is definately one) have gotten lazy, or gotten a life, and their skills are nowhere near where they used to be, judging from what I've seen 'en passant' lately, and throughout the previous months.

All I can say for server administration is that admins need to be competant in the way tribes cheats and addons work, and use them theirselves, so that they know for a guaranteed fact that someone is breaking the rules, if they are to enforce the "rules" properly.

For players, well the burden of acting a certain way isn't even required. It's a simple matter of having fun. If your idea of having fun does not cohere with server administrations idea of what is fair, then expect a proper retort from someone with an "empowered" tab menu, especially if it directly interferes with the gameplay of the server on a large scale. Don't fight it. Just expect it, and do your "dumbassery" with that in mind.

.... And as far as the age-old debate of OZ skill goes... My two cents is this:

They've got the largest winning count record in tribes history regardless of anything else due to their age as a clan alone. Never discount that many players have been in OZ for months, and years, and have grown while being in. Indirectly, OZ cultivates a friendly environment for the growth of skill (I can attest to it.) because of the knowledgebase of the members in it, regardless of how little they may actually know: The amount of information is cumulative. As far as now, judging by the time activity and point values obtained in the games I've seen, I can only say that on average, OZ players are infact right in line, or slightly above, those who have experience in the game the same amount of time.

Screw oppinions, (screw mine too for the following reason if you wish) if one wants to claim a clan sucks, or prove anything about the "skill" of players, one needs to come up with the statistical backing or otherwise your argument is purely subjective and ultimately fails, as it is oppinion.

And personally, "if" OZ ever wanted a helping hand in a scrim, I'd be first in line to offer my talents to ensure a victory.
