I have a suggestion, before you vote to kick someone, if you know there is an admin in the game , whisper to them to take a look at the player causeing problems. this way they cant say they were afk or didnt see it. excessive voteing is annoying, and I understand your problem. by going stright to the admin and asking for help then you put it on them to make the call and dont annoy other players with several votes. if after going to the admin you still see the problem, then start the vote and make sure people see it the first time you vote it by adding into chat the reason for the vote . admins are players too and they may only see you voteing 5 times and they get annoyed the same as regular players and want the voteing to stop. so they vote against you and not to kick the problem player.

use tab and select a players name ( or admin ) and then press the team talk key ( what ever yours is ) and then remeber to press = before you type the message, this will send a private message to the person you want to see it.

I don't get why you can kill team stuff anyways. I can understand the occasional accidental base block, but apc's? they should count as an "extension" of the player. but anyways, STU, i always make good practice of trying to explain why i am doing the vote. try that, and i am sure that you will find admins and other players are on your side more often.
