Well here are all the (=SK=) maps in a zip file, I also added the -$$- maps that we have, since I believe we are the only ones that still have them. Hope ya'll enjoy!
These are copied right from our server files, so any copies may supposed to be there, not sure. All I know is, even if there are copies, they work like this on our server, so I'd recommend just extracting the whole file to the server hosting map folder.
