Re: megaupload.com they closed megaupload for "copyright violations". so, they still have to close Easyshare, Youtube, 4shared, Thepiratebay, Rapidshare, Fileserver, etc

Re: megaupload.com Yes... The difference is that megaupload was owned by one guy, who apparently made 1.75 million from his ad supported piracy... And is potentionally personally facing decades of incarceration as a result.
Youtube, on the other hand, is owned by Google, one of the richest organizations in the world... They'll fight it, and probably successfully.
