Hey guys, kinda desperate right now..i've been trying to get this laptop of mine to stop acting retarded forever and i just cant seem to figure it out so i figured i would post on here. It is a Lenovo 3000 G350 Notebook - 4446. I'm running windows xp. It originally was running vista but i installed xp on it. all the drivers that i download from the lenovo site for xp don't seem to want to work. I install them but in the device drivers most of them say that they are missing a driver. the biggest thing i want with it right now is just to get the internal wifi card to work. i dont know what to do. i updated drivers, bios, windows ect.

Try doing it this way:

1. Go to the Device Manager
2. Select the Unknown Device you need the driver for and go to Properties
3. Select the Details tab
4. Set the Property drop-down menu to Hardware Ids
5. Copy the first line, it should be something like:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4237&SUBSYS_13118086&REV_00

6. Google the Hardware Id you copied (This should give you manufacturer and model of the device)

7. Instead of going to Lenovo's website, go to the manufactures website of your device (i.e. intel.com) and download the driver from their website.


If the above doesn't help, post the Hardware Id of the devices you need the drivers for and I will find them for you. Good luck.
